Advanced Physiology Testing

Overview

Our advanced testing and coaching programs are designed to uncover a truly comprehensive picture of your unique physiology. We leverage these insights to provide you personalized exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies informed by our latest scientific research.

These programs do not require you to visit Fitomics HQ in-person with the intent to make the process extra convenient for you.

We can securely mail you test kits for you to collect your samples in the comfort of your home for most tests. For bloodwork, we can easily coordinate sample collection for you at a convenient service center close to you through our lab partners.

We have limited availability for participation in our advanced physiology testing and coaching programs. You can submit an application for your desired program below and we’ll reach out to you upon careful review. You are not committing to participate in a program by submitting an application.

Currently, we are not able to offer these programs to residents of New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.

  • The Gold program includes two, 10-Day CGM Trials. Continuous glucose monitoring automatically tracks blood glucose levels, also called blood sugar, throughout the day and night. You can see your glucose level anytime at a glance. You can also review how your glucose changes over a few hours or days to see trends. Seeing glucose levels in real time can help you make more informed decisions throughout the day about how to balance your food, physical activity, and medicines (source: NIH).

  • The Comprehensive Micronutrient Test analyzes 31 vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to determine nutritional deficiencies. It also analyzes the performance and functional deficiencies of these micronutrients. Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals required in small quantities to ensure normal metabolism, growth, and physical well‐being. Vitamins are essential organic nutrients, most of which are not made in the body and must be obtained from food. Minerals are inorganic nutrients that play a vital role in an individual’s health. They are found in trace or small quantities in the body and are obtained from food. Almost every physiological function in the body requires micronutrients for optimal function. Producing and releasing energy, strengthening the immune system, reducing systemic inflammation, protecting against free radical damage, maintaining a healthy hormonal balance, slowing down cellular aging, promoting the health of all tissues, and protecting against the development, progression, and recurrence of cancer are some of the critical processes where micronutrients are required.

  • The Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormone Assessment (DUTCH) is a cutting-edge test that offers a comprehensive view often missed by blood or saliva tests alone. It includes many hormones, such as cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, which can uncover underlying issues like impaired metabolic function, female hormone imbalance, and/or need for testosterone replacement.

It uses dried urine samples which you can collect at home, eliminating the need for inconvenient office visits. This test is not just a measure of your hormone status; it's your personalized guide to achieving optimal hormone health.

  • The Gastrointestinal Map Test offers a transformative approach to gut health. Utilizing state-of-the-art DNA technology, it delivers a comprehensive analysis of your stool microbiome, pathogenic bacteria, yeast, and parasites, along with a detailed insight into digestive and immune markers. This test goes beyond traditional stool tests to provide a more complete "map" of your gut health, revealing crucial information that can assist with managing conditions like IBS, SIBO, and Crohn's disease. This Map provides more than just identification of potential problems. It also offers solutions, helping you and your healthcare provider to build a tailored plan for optimizing your gut health. With its precision and in-depth reporting, this is not just a diagnostic tool; it's a roadmap to improved digestion, boosted immunity, and overall wellness.

  • The Food Antigen Assessment is a groundbreaking tool for personal wellness. This advanced test helps to understand how your body reacts to a broad spectrum of food and environmental antigens. It assesses reactions to 88 common dietary proteins, enabling you to identify potentially harmful immune responses that may be triggering inflammation, digestive disorders, skin issues, mood changes, and more.

With its precision technology, this test provides a more detailed and comprehensive picture than standard food intolerance tests. It empowers us to help design a diet tailored to your body's unique needs, helping you avoid triggering foods, reduce inflammation, and improve overall wellness.

  • The Genetic Health Predispositions examination offers a window into your potential health future. By analyzing your unique genetic blueprint, this test identifies potential genetic predispositions to several significant health conditions, including Parkinson's disease, Celiac disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and more. This forward-looking approach could help you and your healthcare provider anticipate potential health issues and implement preventive measures early. This test stands apart with its commitment to scientific rigor and its extensive database, which enhances the accuracy and relevance of its genetic tests. Additionally, the easy-to-use saliva collection kit can be used comfortably at home, maintaining your privacy.

The Nutrigenetic Test helps to provide a blueprint for personalized nutrition. By delving into your unique genetic profile, this test offers invaluable insights into how your body responds to different foods and nutrients. It analyzes your DNA to help identify optimal intake levels for essential nutrients, your genetic sensitivity to things like lactose and gluten, and even the best types of diet based on your genotype.
