  • Get coached by a PhD Exercise Scientist and PhD Nutritionist in 2025

  • Step 1: Submit the Application

    Complete a brief application, which inquires about your fitness and nutrition objectives and past experiences. The form has roughly 10 questions.

  • Step 2: Coach Assignment

    The Fitomics coaching panel will evaluate your application to pair you with an ideal coach, or coaches, who best align with your aspirations. If spaces are full, you will be notified and added to a waitlist to be notified when spaces open.

  • Step 3: Initial Coach Outreach

    Your assigned coach will reach out to you swiftly to address any queries, wrap up the sign-up steps, and commence your personalized program.
